Drawing from 10 years of experience in coaching and facilitating change for women and emerging leaders, we promote prioritizing talent for the purpose of improving personal and organization performance growth.
We believe in supporting the bigger picture by empowering those who want to go above and beyond the status quo. We create and facilitate training and programming for organizations looking to promote Black women as a human resource. We value RESPECT, INTEGRITY, SERVICE and COMMUNICATION.
Meet Jamila Ajanku-Willie, PhD
Jamila is honored to call herself the mother of Khari, Adé, and Nayo. She is also the wife of Robert, a wonderful and supporting partner and husband. Her family has always been front and center, inspiring her to pursue her passion of working for the greater good of people and the social aspects that have been historically ignored in the workplace. Jamila’s doctorate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and expertise in coaching have proven beneficial in supporting others to see and use intangible skills to create tangible results. She is passionate about dispelling inequity for Black women in the workplace through research, coaching, talent management and soft skills training.
